Don't get me wrong, LOVE all the thrill rides and pretty much every attraction there. My Disney compass is, however, nostalgia, and these give me the most happy feels.

Fun thread:

MK - Buzz Lightyear (Cheezy as an adult (but still fun to shoot things), but seeing my 3 year old son enjoy it (3 times in one day) gave me a newfound love for it)
DHS - Star Tours - (Ya .. it is a giant "simulator" like you've seen at museums and malls .. but hey .. its Star Wars and I have fond memories of it from the '80s.
Epcot - Test Track - (Epcot is hurting for "good" attractions for me .. I've skipped it on my last two trips, though I am excited to try Test Track 2.0)
AK - Expedition Everest - (Hard to narrow it down here .. a lot of fun attractions here).
