Curiosity about the DXDDP

When we make out pilgrimage to the World next year I am wanting to do the DXDDP. By reading TR's is I see several of the restaurants like 50's Prime Time where guests are ordering an appie, entree and dessert. Le Cellier is another one of these. Are these people paying OOP for the appie & dessert or at some TS's in the World do you get the option of appie, entree & dessert. Thanks again for the help, I'm just trying to figure out everything here. And Happy July 4th to everyone out there.

The Deluxe DDP includes appetizer, entree and dessert for all TS meals.
You get 3 meal credits and 2 snack credits/night/person. The credits can be used at TS or CS- whatever you want. Gratuity is not included in the Deluxe DDP.

If you have the regular DDP in 2008, the appetizer is no longer included in the TS credits. People must pay OOP for this if they want.
The regular DDP includes 1TS, 1CS and 1snack/night/person. Gratuity is not included in the regular DDP either.
