I use the legal curfew as a rule.
Of course at home I would not let her out until 11pm during M-Thur, I would ask she is home earlier like around 8pm.

Our schools web site has it and I copied and pasted it from there. We have never had a curfew, we always went on a case by case policy. I was kind of surprised about the weekend curfew for younger teens.

A child 15, 16, or 17 years of age should be home:
By 11:00 P.M. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights
By 1:00 A.M. on Friday and Saturday nights.
A child less than 15 years of age should be home:
By 11:00 P.M. every night of the week.
A child in violation of the curfew law will be taken into custody by a Law Enforcement Officer unless the child is:
1) accompanied by the childs parent, guardian, or custodian; or
2) accompanied by an adult specified by the childs parent, guardian, or custodian; or
3) Participating in, going to, or returning from lawful employment, a school sanctioned activity, or a religious event.
