It really isn't so much the SeaAquarium itself that you go there for. It's all the other things there are to do there, and the protected beach. There are a couple of places to have lunch (it's right next to the Lion's Dive Hotel) , a few shops, an enclosed snorkeling area for beginners to intermediates...and they give you food to feed the fish that are in there. They have sea turtles and sharks (in different enclosures)...and I'm told that they now have a dolphin program. There's a "sunken" boat that you can go into and stay dry, yet see what's going on underwater........
You can feed the sharks at one exhibit, they have flamingoes, birds, and yes....fish in the various aquariums.
But, for the most part, it became our favorite place to go to snorkel and just hang out.
I do know what you mean....we've seen a few of some of the really great aquariums in the U.S. This is not at all the same.
