Cupcake disigns

There used to be a thread with cute character cupcakes.... I am looking for a Minnie cupcake design.... or maybe a Minnie cupcake with "ears" (even better). It looks like the DISigners that originally did those have deleted them off the thread (I waited too long to download!

Can anyone attempt this? I leave in less than 72 hours....

Thanks, HH! I extracted the Minnie and added my own ears.

Wish I could post a pic, but it's in Word format, so I can't upload to Photobucket. It turned out great!

Thanks again.... now I won't be the only one in my family without a custom shirt!
