My sister and I are considering starting a cupcake business. While I have a few idea's on names, I thought I would throw it out hear and see what you creative people would come up with for names.

Just out of curiosity, will you be working from your home or will you be opening a storefront? I looked into this, but, in Florida, you can't make anything food related for sale from a private residence. Bummer!

I think that is very common...Paula Dean started in her home but you can't do that anymore. Small business is regulated and taxed to death!

Check out church kitchens. Around here many will let you use them for a nominal fee. It gets around those regulations. I looked into it and then opted not to. Now I am rethinking as the rents have come way down.

Check out cakecentraldotcom, it is a website devoted to bakers, home and professional. I always thougtht "let them eat cake" was catchy, even though Marie Antonette never said it, it was a mis translation. Good luck!

To begin we are thinking of renting a kitchen at a local church. If things go well
a store would probably follow.
