I live in a neighborhood where every house is cookie-cutter, and while most every house is brick and siding, there is one house I have always admired that has stone work where the siding "should be".
We recently had some damage to the aluminum trim of our house, and got quoted on new trim AND new siding, as the little bit we DO have has seen better days, why not get it ALL done at once.
I mentioned that I really wanted stone, and they said that they do that as well!
So, they are coming out on Monday with both stone and siding samples for me to look at.
We have only a VERY small area that we would be replacing, very similar to THIS concept that I found online...
So, if you have any experience, tell me about it!
