Cultural Exchange Program help requested

So, I think I'm going to apply for the cultural exchange next summer, but I would like a little help, mostly some emails of officials to contact with my questions.

So far I've tried contacting the website, and the DisneyAuditions website, as I would like to be a Character Performer. I'm from canada and I will be 20 by the time I start. I went to a performing arts high school and have a lot of experience with kids. I once convinced a bunch of them that I was an elf

Anyways, I signed up for wdwip.com, but haven't gotten the email saying I can log in yet. Does anyone have the emails for someone to contact with info? I tried using the one they said to use, but I've heard nothing back. Should I just try to call?

Also, while I'm here, anyone else applying for the Cultural Exchange for next year? (Note, Cultural Exchange and CRP are not the same thing.)

Any info you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! I'm from Canada and am planning on applying to the program for summer 2014 as well!

All I can tell you for sure about contact info is that the program isn't done by yummyjobs anymore for Canada applicants, so emailing them is pretty useless and they'll just direct you to the International Program website. (trust me, I've tried haha).

I've tried emailing them directly, but I keep getting these annoying inhuman seeming replies. I tried calling and they hung up on me I'm seriously getting fed up with this. I want to talk to a human! I may have to pull some strings with a friend of mine or something. It's seriously annoying.

Hello! I've applied for August 2014 too

All I did was click "Apply Now" in the corner of the WDW IP homepage, and I was taken to a page that had the right program for me (I'm from Australia, so it's different). I followed the 'apply now' link from the 'how to apply' section of the Cultural Exchange menu, and it said no jobs matched my criteria. Hmmm. Strange indeed.

I really hope this gets sorted out for you!

Ya, same here. They send out the standard "thanks for your interest, please apply on the IP disney website". It's not very helpful. Hopefully they'll open up the applications for Canadians soon and it all gets worked out. I've been trying to figure out stuff too, so if I'm able to reach anyone, or if I find any useful information, I'll for sure keep you updated


Oh, and Cathyb93! Ya, it's a different program for the Canadian ones, so sadly it doesn't seem to be as straight forward as yours Thanks though, and good luck with your application!!
