Some things in life are painfully consistent.

My Dad met him at the airport a few months ago. Said he was a real friendly guy. Actually started the conversation with Dad. He promised he'd give him something to cheer for this year.

Kind of but I just have to say "There's always next year". You have to admit -Cubs Fans are true blue - we love our Cubbies no matter what!

yeah, but I think that when it gets to the point where we're saying it at 9 games into the season ---- truly, we aren't true blue, we're certifiable.




I'm waiting for the day Pinella lines them up at first base and makes them run one lap around the bases for every mental error. That's what my husband does with his 13yo team.
