Hi,
Here is my situation:
I am a british citizen currently here in the U.S.A(florida) on an E-2 visa.
MY cousin ( who lives in the United Kingdom) is going to Cuba next year for a vacation and whist he is there he and his Fiance are getting married.
He has asked me to go to the wedding and of course I would love to attend but I have been told that travel to Cuba from the U.S is a no no if you are an American Citizen.
Being a British citizen - does anyone know where I can find out more about whether or not the rules are the same for me.
I have already tried the U. S Embassy and the Immigration dept but they dont seem to be able to give me an answer - I can only get info on if I was an American Citizen. I was wondering if anyone on these boards were experts in this field.
Obviously I do not want to do anything that could jeapordise my current situation here in the U.S so if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it .
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Sarah.
