I have been a member for a few years and on my last cashout which was just a few weeks ago just recently I noticed my points were back in my account and by my name on the front page it said unverified member.
I emailed to ask and got a reply that they were verifing all members just to make sure they were real people with real addresses. OK thats fine but I was told I need to email her my DL to verify. Now Im not to fond of sending this over the internet and for that dact I dont know how!!!
I emailed her back asking if there was any other way and still have not recieved a response but I was wondering if anyone else had to go through this and what you did to verify

I'm not in front of the CttM PC yet to reply to emails, but will be later tonight and tomorrow. I've had help with this so a lot of redemptions were reset as a result. This doesn't mean you cannot cash out, it's just a reset of the system while we coded.
