I just signed up for CTTM today. I read the "how to do rewards programs" thread looking for info on this but did not find any.

Can you give me any suggestions/comments good or bad on this program. Are they reputable? Good customer service? How can I earn the most points?

CTTM has excellent customer service and a reputation for quickly paying for redemptions.

The drawback is that in order to cashout for the first time, you need to reach 3000 pts, regardless of what you want to redeem for. As an example, if you want $10 in Disney Dollars, the redemption is 2100 points. You still need to have 3,000 points in your account to cashout for those first $10. You will have 900 points that remain in your account afterwards that you can apply towards your next reward. After the first redemption, you will not need to go back up to 3000 points in order to redeem.

There are not a lot of point earning opportunities if you do not shop or do sign ups. Right now, there are 5 daily points under the daily section and another point under the search section (which can also be done daily). You can send a NiceCard Greeting for one daily point as long as you remember to forward the confirmation email with the required information. There are 4 weekly points as of this morning. So, as you can see, it can be very slow going!

I was just looking at their redemption options, what does it mean that there is a small fee for redeeming for WC's? I'm guessing that since I usually just use my WC for purchasing Disney Dollars, that this might not be a bad program for me... and I do a LOT of online shopping!

Also, besides the obvious daily points in the daily section... a couple of the banners on the site offer points. I think I got 2 or 3 extra points each day by bumming around the site until the banners worth points popped up (mexican travel, and some super club?)

I just want to add, when we come over to the new host, I will be removing the 3000 min. CttM has grown considerably this past month and we've outgrown our current hosting company. I'm looking for members to help stress test the new host *hopefully over the weekend so we can set parameters to make the crediting work without bugging out due to overload.
Yes, there are about 7 more daily points in the top banner rotation.
Webbies will be added back soon too, as well as a few more redemption options. I am working to add point cards (providing the merchant can handle us) so that you can possibly use them as cards to other merchants who offer this. It is still in the works, but it looks promising.
All redemptions as well as auction items will be going out this weekend as we have upgraded our account as well.

I use AOL and thought maybe that was the problem. That's not to say that it still couldn't be though I guess.

AOL is another one I will be getting fixed. If you use AOL, open a browser for IE or NS while online.
I just spoke with the new host, things are going well!!! YIPPEE!!!
While the point adding clicks are down, you can still sign up for offers, shop, etc... These will be credited once we got live again on the new server.
There are several new offers added as well as sign ups. They are tracking so I will be able to credit once all is well.
I always try to keep everyone up to date either on boards or on the site home page, so no one is left in the dark.
CttM is growing quickly and I stand by my site, so always feel free to drop a line.
