CTTM question

How long should I wait before I contact Bonnie about this, considering she's just had a baby.
I cashed out for DD in March, I found out a week later that there were no DD available anywhrere until this past week. We leave for the World in about a month. My messages via her customer service have been unanswered for the past month-emailing every other week.

I would definitely keep at the emailing and be sure to mention your timeline. From my understanding, most disney stores have disney dollars again, so hopefully they can mail them to you quickly.

I'm not ignoring anyone, just want to let everyone know!!! In addition to receiving help, I've been doing CttM work at night. (Trying to keep a schedule with the fam). I will check with my local DS tomorrow to see if they got in more DD's, at last check they were still out. I will check status' on support requests and reply to everyone I can get to.

Bonnie - did you every check on my swaps from last month. Before I went away end of April you said I would be credited and I still haven't gotten it.

Hi All!
Just a quick update Jordan is doing well (she's been great, but already loves to be held so I am limited to night work). I'm starting to get CttM back on track ~ new layout is almost finished ~ and getting redemptions and credits caught up. Support requests are being answered as well, but my help is also limited for time too.
I will post pictures soon, I can't find my camera software on my pc it's been so long since I've used it, I'm a 35mm camera person still. Big brother and sisters have been a great help, but baby Jordan doesn't get much time alone, someone is always holding her! <<ahem, spoiled??>>
For DD's, I went to my DS last week, they got a limited amount in last Sunday and sold out the same day. I inquired to when they would be getting in more, but they don't know. I am calling WDW again to see if I can order more. I will give anyone who would like the chance to redeem for something else if they would like. I can't believe Disney only sent each store a limited amount knowing they have been out for months and demand is high.
Starwood, I haven't forgotten you, just keep brain farting! My records for swaps are on my work pc, so that WILL be done tonight.

Me too Bonnie!! I still haven't received credit for my swaps either (from about 3 months ago) and am still waiting for DD cashout from 2/21. I would be glad to take $10 cash in Paypal if you'd like - doesn't have to be DD - cash spends on the Magic just as well. Leaving in Sept.

Yes, got them, sorry for not replying, most of my work on CttM is done while Jordan sleeps. I'll be catching up tonight for swaps (needed to transfer info onto this pc) and sending out the DDs. I haven't forgotten anyone, just been limited for time. Who knew 4 kids would be so much work! When do they all move out??
