CTTM cashout question

Does anyone know if the 3,000 point minimum is still in place? I thought I remembered reading that it would be removed once the new site was up ...

I cashed out about a few weeks ago without having the 3000 points. Bonnie did email me after a cashed out (for disney dollars) asking what reward I was requesting because she received my request to cash out, but the software didn't track which reward I was requesting. This was right after the site came back up after switching servers so things might be working better now. I received my disney dollars probably within a week or two. HTH!

While we're on the topic, how long does it take you guys to get your points after you forward your e-mails?

Some of my points were as quick as a few days, while others are almost 60 days and still waiting. I guess it all depends on where the points are from.

Hi!

For those that have enough points to cash out, can. No formal notice will be announced as of yet. Redemptions are delayed as time permits me to go out and get giftcards. I've been drafted at work, lol. That and we have a new business we've started so my time has been scarce.
As for crediting, I try to get it all done each week, I do have a long list of no-shows in my reports and I email each merchant for verification. Some merchants will credit me after I forward confirmation stating they do not know why it wasn't in my report. Several merchants have yet to reply. Email me if you are someone waiting, please!!!

Raffles have bugged out. they tested fine, but won't work now, so I'm waiting for confirmation that it is fixed. I will post on home page.

I've been up most nights as time permits working on the new layout. With the change to the new server, redemptions cached on ISP's and didn't show merchants, this has been fixed, but please refresh before redeeming. This was caused by a change in how the site and server talk for email.

I think that covers most issues, if I think of more, I'll definitely post!
