I'm here!
I've been playing catch up with life in general (with the holidays, sick children, planning a major move!!)
To top it off, it's been crazy here since finding out about our new addition. Morning sickness wasn't bad, its the drained feeling and just wanting to sleep.
Our shop has finally slowed down so that I can get some work done, and I'm focusing on CttM right now. I don't get in until late so support requests have been slow to answer. I will be hiring someone to help track down issues as well, so that will help too. Everyone on staff now is working on other projects within our company and as CttM is my baby, I like to be the one to handle everything.
Redemptions are going out as quickly as I can get them in, I now order them rather than drive to each place. Our merchants are on 45 day terms so as soon as payments are made, redemptions go out. Swaps are going strong which has slowed down redemptions. Points added up very quickly causing a back log. Not to worry though, redemptions will all go out!
That's a quick summary, if you haven't heard from me, don't panic, I will be answering all emails. I am having trouble with a new email update, a lot of hosts are coming back as rejected. That and with a lot of ISP's updating their software for email, emails are not getting through at all. This will hopefully be alleviated with one of the new mods coming out.
Please let me know where you've read CttM posts, I like to keep on top of those issues before rumors of negativity start. People panic, but CttM isn't going anywhere!!
