CSR to Boardwalk?

On our first night in town, we are thinking of going to the Boardwalk. What would be the best way to get there from Coronado Springs? We will not have a rental car.

I would take the bus from CSR to MGM, then take boat to Boardwalk.

You can also walk from the Studios to the Boardwalk. About 15-20 minutes long depending on how fast you walk. Just walk around the lake away from the Studios entrance and continue straight to the Boardwalk.
If you are in no hurry, the boat is a nice relaxing ride....but slow.
Note that the boat stops at the Swan/Dolphin, Yacht/Beach clubs and Boardwalk before continuing on to Epcot. This is why it takes so long.
