CSR--Refurb?

It seems like a while ago there was talk about redoing the rooms and public spaces at CSR. I know they have done the fitness center, but is anything else going on or in the works? I'm trying to decide between CSR and POFQ for a trip this fall, and my nephew would rather stay at CSR because of the fitness center. But if there is going to be a lot of construction going on, I may have to veto it and make him pick between POFQ and the Pop.

There was a permit filed in 1/2015 that only applied to rooms 7165-7168.

There's nothing filed or announced. But the last refurb there was more than 5 years ago, as I understand it, so it's about due by the standards WDW usually use.
