CSR Question

We are staying in November during Thanksgiving and paid for a water view. I don't want to stay in Ranchos it's too far from the main area so where else is there to stay? We stayed in Casita 1 last time and like how close it was but it was a parking lot view so that's why I did a water view this time. Also what is the difference between Standard and Preferred? I'm not sure I would even notice if they put me in a Standard over a preferred?

Casitas 1-3 are the preferred buildings. You can request "anything except Ranchos" if that is what you want to avoid.

If you want to be guaranteed a close spot, upgrade to business class or preferred if possible otherwise there is no guarantees
