Which would you choose and why? I haven't stayed in either but have read lots about CSR. Can't find so much info about OKW so any info would be appreciated.
We stayed at OKW and loved it. One big thing it is lacking compared to CSR is a food court. Other than that, we loved OKW. We enjoyed our balcony and our kitchenette. The quiet pools were quiet. The one closest to our room even had a hot tub right beside it. The main pool area is fun. Our boys loved the sandcastle slide. We also enjoyed the boat ride to DTD, and we thought our bus service was outstanding. Another benefit to OKW is that the studio rooms have queen beds compared to double beds at CSR. We got a great deal to stay at OKW through the rent/trade board. I think we paid around $90/night to stay in an OKW studio. If you are looking for more info on OKW, you might want to try the DVC forum.
Good luck with your decision!

Sorry about the size of these pics. I need to learn how to resize!
We brought my niece when she was a teen to OKW on a split once with CSR, we had tried renting points for the first time. She DEFINITELY DEFINITELY preferred CSR. CSR has a lot more to do. Also when we went to OKW they played only ONE SONG at OKW over and over and over and over and over and over. (Not sure if they still do this, this was a couple years ago). My niece still talks about that! Thats the only thing she ever speaks about when talking about that resort. MY DH and I also preferred CSR to OKW. However, OKW has larger rooms with kitchens which is nice, you can get separate bedrooms. Our room at OKW was soooooooo far from anything. CSR also has that really FABULOSO pool, better food court, also you can use gym and get massages. etc, etc. Liked CSR better. Just our opinion. Though OKW certainly wasn't bad, nothing to us in Disney is bad!
We have stayed at both and my kids, DH and I all love OKW! The rooms are bigger, the resort is beautiful, and my teens and DD had plenty to do. The love the community hall where they can go on a rainy day and play air hockey, pool, do crafts and watch movies for free. They also have daily activities for the kids (you get a calendar at check in). The boat to DTD is wonderful, such a relaxing, beautiful ride. It's a large resort, but you can request a building close to the front on check-in if one is available if that's important to you. The pool is amazing with the large Mickey head sandcastle slide, and there are quiet pools around the resort by the buildings that aren't as close to the front. Even if you aren't close to the front, any bus that stops near your room you can take to the front as well. Also, OKW has balconies with patio sets to sit on and enjoy the beautiful surroundings (either ponds or golf greens or both) - CSR does not have those. With a kitchenette (or full kitchen in 1-2 bdrm), it sure is nice to have my tea on the patio in the morning and watch the ducks in my jammies!
