CSR or FQ ?

I finally have the dates (1-28 to 2-4-06) chosen & will be doing the dining package. Now the dilemma of which Moderate hotel to choose from ? We've narrowed it down between CSR & FQ. We've been to CSR about 5 years ago & really loved the theming & food. My DH specially loved the Pepper Market. I loved the big lake in the middle that we would walk around at night. We also were thinking of FQ because of the boat ride to DTD & that it's smaller & looked quaint from the pictures. It's just myself, DH & DS3. What's important for us is quality of bus transportation, food court selection & theming. I really love walking near the water for our late night walks everynight. Now what would you all choose from ? Any pros & cons ? Thanks !

French Quarter, French Quarter, French Quarter!! We stayed there our last holiday trip and LOVED it! The themeing is beautiful and the transportation is probably the best we've experienced.

Their is only one bus stop at French Quarter so they pick you up before they pick up the guests at Riverside (So the bus is ALWAYS empty) and the French Quarter is the first drop off. My DH is addicted to the boat and won't let us get to DTD any other way. It's a very relaxing way to get to DTD, especially after a long day in the parks. (It also drops you off at the West Side)

The food court is the best I've experienced so far. The beigneits (Sp?) are delish and this is the only place you can find them.

The pool is gorgeous (it was too cold to swim while we were there) and if you have little ones I'd say they would LOVE it. They don't have the quiet pools like they have at Riverside or French Quarter but the resort is so small and intimate it makes up for that. The slide is really great and I'm hoping the next time we're there it will be warm enough to enjoy it!

The rooms are beautiful and newly redecorated so they are very clean and fresh.

Sorry this is so long but, as you can tell, we LOVED this resort and can't wait to stay there again.

CSR! CSR! CSR! Just kidding.
We love CSR! What a great resort. If you are looking to try something new, give FQ a try since you have stayed at CSR. I would suggest CSR again just based on the reasons you listed for liking CSR. It has been mentioned that there are long lines at FQ for buses and the food court at FQ is not nearly as good as CSR's. The rooms at FQ to us, were unattractive and we found the resort to be less magical than CSR and CBR. But we were only there visiting friends we didnt stay overnight. That being said, FQ is much smaller and offers the boat ride to DTD if that is important to you. Decisions decisions right?
I suggest CSR!!!

The Pepper Market is either a love it or hate it place. We love it but some folks just don't care for it.

Convention resort - some guests don't like seeing other guests at work. Doesn't bother us and helps keep the buses empty. GF, Cont, BW, Y & B Club are also convention resorts.
