CSR not included on dining plan?

The new links I've seen do not show CSR on the new dining plan. Whats up with that? I love CSR but if its not included and the dining plan works for us its just a reason not to stay there. I can understand DTD not being on but why would CSR not be on there? Not even the food court? Makes no sense to me.

I don't understand why it's not included either. I sent an email to WDW expressing my disappointment re: lack of majority of participating Epcot restaurants, as well as CSR. I said I would be really upset if I were staying there and couldn't eat on the plan.

I think if people send polite emails or letters expressing dissatisfaction with the existing plan (and how it was rolled out originally with more restaurants), hopefully they would revisit adding more restaurants.

We'll be okay with the current restaurants, but it would make me much happier to have more choices.

As far as CSR, it could be that Disney it quietly encouraging this to be a "convention" hotel rather than a "tourist" destination.

Most (but not all) EPCOT restaurants are not actually Disney operated and are managed by some sort of investment group from the countries in WS. I guess some of those groups decided that the amount that Disney was going to re-imburse them through the plan wasn't worth the hassle. I'm sure all the restaurants were given the opportunity to participate.

When CSR openned we were told that the same folks that run Mexico Paviolion also operate CSR restraurants. One of the reasons it's food court is run differently. That is probably the reason that this and EPCOT places are not included--not Disney owned (same as Big River Grill).
