CSR, just back from a great trip!

Thanks for posting your review. If we end up booking a mod CSR will be it for sure. just returned from the Poly last night. It's my favorite resort/theme and we love the monorail too. But the housekeeping was awful. DD and I had to dust all the furniture since it looked like it hadn't been done in months. Also had to clorox wipe the entire bathroom. there were stains on the ceiling and walls. Turned out to be soda, accoding to maintence staff. next trip I think we will save and have better housekeeping :) .
Me too! We want to give it a try next year. We just have to decide when to go.

OK, OK, you twisted my arm.

I'm off to book CSR for February again.

Hope to see you there Buzz!

(Here's wishing everyone doesn't find out the best kept Disney secret! CSR!

umm thanks.... if it isn't bad enough that I still have to wait 3 days before checking in at CSR...now this great review had me even itching more for these days to fly by!! hehe
I know what you mean every morning my Mom gets up and asks if it's time to catch the plane. The bad thing is next trip my father and her get to be there five whole days before I do:eek: Darn that thing called work;)

Very cool to read all of this. I planned a last minute trip in less than a month and it'll be our first time at CSR. Really looking forward to it!

:thumbsup2

After much deliberation over which mod to book for our next trip, I am SOOOOO glad we decided on CSR!!! I love reading all the great things about it, especially the buses. I just don't know if I can wait!

Hi-- don't mean to hijack your thread-- but was wondering which building all of you CSR fans love the most? we will have a rental car, but have three girls-- ages 20 months, five and seven and hope to be near the main pool area/playgrounds. Thanks so much-- I think we are booking tonight-- ;)

thanks again! jen

Depending on what you want to be close to, here are some good building choices.

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site (main pool) over the wooden bridge. Most convenient location and most preferred.

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site (and playground) and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building. (Closest to the Pool)

Cabana 8b and 9a are in between the 2 above. 9a has a quiet pool and is the old smoking optional building.

Ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

Casita 1 is attached to the main building and is very close to the restaurants.

Casita 3 has great courtyard and fountain views but you will have to walk or ride the internal shuttle to get to the pool.

Casita 5 has some nice fountain and lake views and is close to the Dig Site but farther from the main building.
