CSR experts - a bus question for you

We (DH, DW, DS(6), DD(4)) are considering staying at CSR this coming April for springbreak. We investigated a little and our first choice for rooms would be the Cabanas section. We felt the kids would like this section best as it is close to the pool and playground, and they would be able to play on the beaches in front of the buildings.

My concern is transportation. It looks like Cabanas is the last stop on the bus line. So my question is for anyone who has stayed at Cabanas during spring break or a comparable busy time (June , July) - were you consistantly able to sit on the bus or did you have to frequently stand? Did full buses often pass by without stopping?

Last spring break we stayed at POFQ - it shared with POR, but was always the first stop, so we never had to stand on the outbound trips. This has spoiled us somewhat.

Thanks in advance for your comments and advice.

Actually Casitas 1 (El Centro) is the last stop before heading to the Theme Parks. So Cabanas is the second last stop prior to heading out. I've been to CSR ( 3 different trips) in early to mid August and I can count on one hand the times I've had to stand. This is one reason we keep going back. Excellent and less crowded bus service compared to the other resorts.

We stayed in the Cabanas in June 04. That was our 4th time staying at CSR. As for the buses, different ones seem to go to different stops 1st. For example, there were signs that told you which bus to take to get to the pool or food court, if you didn't want to walk. We found the Cabanas to be great. They were half way between the food and the pool. As for the bus crowd, the only time we didn't get to board the bus was going to DTD at night. Also, had to stand alot on bus on ride back from parks at night.

You have made a perfect choice!! I always request Cabana 8A. Great location to pool and bus stop 4. Never had a problem with the buses and were there 3 times this year during busy times!! I love CSR. You should be very pleased.
