CSR Coconino Cove ever open earlier?

We head to CSR business class next week and with AM EMH at 7 AM every morning in MK and others with 8 AM openings - does Coconino Cove ever open earlier than 7 AM? Just not sure how to grab breakfast and make it to park for rope drop. Even an extra 15 minutes would be great!
