My first trip to CSR is in 12 days, so I have a question regarding the busses and internal stops.

If I went to the main stop to go to the parks, would I then have to go through the internal bus stops FIRST or LAST?

I'm concerned about going to the main stop, and then going through all the internal stops THEN getting to the parks after the internal stops.

So, what would a plan of attack be for this? Would it be best to go to the main stop after the internal stops? Or, is it best to drive ourselves?

We will have a car.

Theme park buses go:
2 - Casitas
3 - Ranchos
4 - Cabanas
1 - El Centro

Downtown Disney buses, as well as Park Exit buses go:
1 - El Centro
2 - Casitas
3 - Ranchos
4 - Cabanas

I've been to CSR in April, May, July, October and November on 9 different ocassions and have never had to stand on a bus leaving any of the 4 bus stops. We usually use stop #4 or 1 and never encountered a problem. The only standing I've ever had to do is leaving MGM after Fantasmic.

Thanks for your help.

However, I'm not as concerned about standing on a bus more than the time involved with stopping at all stops throughout the resort prior to leaving for the parks...

How much time would/should I allow for a full internal circuit and then leaving for the parks? If its more than 20 minutes for all internal stops, for example, it would be better for us to drive to parks than wait for the bus. My DH hates to sit and wait, instead of moving. He'd rather move and park his car than wait for an internal circuit, with people waiting, trying to pack themselves in, etc...

So if I understand your bus schedule, the Casita people will get picked up first, then Ranchos and then Cabanas, and then El Centro. After El Centro, would the bus go to the parks then?

I don't really care about the exit schedule as much.

To go through all 4 stops would usually take me around 5 or 6 minutes total. Buzz listed the order of the stops... that will happen 90% of the time. There is always that 10% chance that the bus will have been dispatched to do a reverse route, ie, 1234 instead of 2341.

Well, thank you Chip n Dale. I appreciate that. I was thinking of the only point of reference that I know is the All Star Busses, which is a long ordeal to go from Sports, to Music than Movies.

If now I know that it is a short internal circuit, that may encourage me to take the bus instead of driving. If there is anything that my DH hates is sitting on a bus instead of driving.
