CSR and grocery store

I'm looking at all of my choices for a grocery run for our trip in October. I'm probably going to go with wegoshop, but my friend who is going with us is really leaning towards going to the grocery store herself to pick out her own items.

My question is, has anyone taken a cab from CSR to the nearest Publix or Walmart? If so, how much was a round trip?

There is a Super Walmart on 535. I would assume at least 20 each way.

Check out renting a car if you are planning on driving yourself. You'd have it for 24 hours or so and you can get a compact for $35 or so without any discounts- picking it up on site at WDW- you can get a rental from the Swon or Dolphin or the Car Care center.

Thanks for the info! I was figuring a cab would be about $40. Renting a car might be the best option - I think my DH may have some rental car credits.
