I briefly skimmed over the room forum but did not see an answer...
Are all the accessible rooms at CSR one king size bed?
We are traveling with my father-in-law who has Parkinson's this fall and they really need two beds in the room. (my mother-in-law can not sleep in the same bed because of his movement/jerking)

The short answer... no, all "accessible" rooms at CSR do not have king beds, only some. There are other options besides just a king bed.

The longer answer... there are a variety of "accessible" room types at each resort throughout WDW. Does your FIL need a wheelchair accessible room? A roll-in shower or is a tub ok? "Florida special accessible" rooms have many accessibility features but are not wheelchair accessible or roll-in shower. Some rooms also have a hearing accessible option. Depending on his needs, a quick scan of the accessible room types at CSR show: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 king bed with 1 queen sleeper-sofa, 2 queen beds with 1 queen sleeper-sofa, and 1 king bed plus 1 queen bed. There are fairly decent descriptions of the features available through the online booking system, or you can call. I'm not sure how many of each type of room are at CSR, so availability of any given style room may vary based on your travel dates.

Enjoy your vacation!

Thanks! I will check it out on the site.
I don't think he would have to have a roll in shower (depends on how things progress over the next 6 months). But he would need the assist bars (not sure what the technical name is for those) for the shower and toilet.
