CSR — Any and all info!

Just found out we're going to CSR in June with my husband for a conference. Yippee!! We have stayed at WL and POFQ. Loved both, but look forward to a new experience. I can't seem to get the thread search function to work so I'm looking for any and all info. on CSR. I've looked at Buzz21001's site. The photos are awesome. What else should I know about CSR? Fill me in!

For a moderate resort it is my favorite. Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful grounds. For a food court ....the pepper market is awesome.

CSR is our fav resort also. I don't believe there is a nicer pool for a moderate out there. The CM are always friendly and the grounds are clean and well taken care of. Some folks don't like this resort since it is a convention resort but we have nerver had any problems with the resort feeling crowded.

CSR is very relaxing and peaceful. I love to walk around at night with DW, it's a very romantic resort. Thanks for the feedback!

Our first trip we stayed at WL. We loved it Our second trip we stayed at CSR. We loved it! The bus service is great, our resort was booked solid but we never noticed the crowds since they were all tied up in meetings each day, I guess. The quiet pools we walked by every day were always empty, and the dig site pool was never full, we always felt like there was plenty of room to have your own private spot. Plenty of deck chairs too. The curtain between the sink area and the bedroom was wonderful; I could get up and shower and dress before everyone else woke up without disturbing them. The double hammoks on the white sand "beach" are wonderful, and the landscaping at night is beautiful. It was a really nice resort, and we will stay there again if we don't get a super deal on our WL again. Enjoy!

I loved CSR - it feels like an exotic resort in Mexico. I've stayed at POR and POFQ and to me they couldn't compare to CSR. We checked in around 1:00 a.m. and were the only ones around and it was so beautiful. The Dig Site is so large that it was never really crowded. I loved the Ranchos where we stayed. My daughter was 11 at the time and we rented a bicycle and miniboat and pedalboat and had a blast. Have fun!!!
