Grey's Anatomy. CSI was good for about one or two shows. Then you start to realize that every show is the same.

Grey's for me. I think CSI has been done to death (CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Forensic Files, etc), and Grey's is such a breath of fresh air, I look forward to it every week.
