DVC in general is more reactive than proactive and as such they are very variable in how they handle issues. I think it really depends on what your expectations are. They do not consistently try to make everyone happy just because they complain and they shouldn't. If you're the type that's always having issues or has expectations beyond the legal requirements, you might not be satisfied. For example, if you get a room where the view is blocked be vegetation where you'll be all upset, then you'll likely have issues as one example. Or if you're going to be upset if you go off season and they're refurbishing the pool.
