Could you please tell me if the showers at the CS are constant on or if they have a push button on a timer. We just went camping at a state park this weekend and they have button showers that only stay on for 30 sec before you have to push again and my son did not do well with that. Between having to push the button and hold him for the shower and wash him, I guess I did not like it either.

Thanks

The showers are constant, as you say, no button or timer. At least not since I last used them.

Yes, they are constant, and they must have some big water heaters-as I have never run out of hot water.

Also, if you have to assist a child, there are hand held shower heads in the handicap stalls. I think it is OK to use one if it is not already occupied?

I've never seen the push button type on a shower, wow talking about taking water conservation to the extreme. I've seen it on sinks before though.

Ft. Wilderness has GREAT showers

Thanks, yes it was a real pain. I have been to a few state parks in PA that have this system and you are right it takes conservation to a new level.

Great idea about the hand held ones I will check that out as well.

Yes, quite awkward indeed!

That's why I put a question mark there.

Actually, that isn't what I meant, but that is what I said. Oh, nevermind. :rotfl2:

The CS are pristine, and the showers are great, BUT they are not the alpha and omega. But I'm not sure how they could get much better unless they put in a sauna. :rotfl2:
