Counter Service reviews June 9 -18.

We have lots of these. With 2 families and 9 people it will be hard to remember what we each had so I'll just post about the food and our family's and our friends' thoughts but am not going to put who ate what for time's sake.

POR food court - Since this is the resort where we were staying there were several items tried.

Taco salads, blackened prime rib sandwich, pizza, burgers, chicken, all were classified as good. Not anything special, but nothing was bad. Muffins - good. Kids didn't like pancakes and eggs but that was their fault. They decided to bring it back to the room and it was cold by then. Mickey waffles were good. I finally tried a Mickey rice crispy treat dipped in chocolate. DH and I shared with smiles on both our faces..

Tusker House - friend and her dh ate here while the rest of us rode Expedition Everest. He enjoyed his chicken sandwich. Friend liked her chicken salad.

Restaurantosaurus - My 10 year old ds has never met a chicken McNugget he didn't like. <sigh> Their fries and nuggets are Mc D's but their burgers are not. They are bigger but no better except for the fact they do have a good fixings bar. Hot dogs are HUGE. Share while there I say. Ladies taking the orders were very friendly. Then when we waited for our food and drinks we encountered the staff (young men) behind the counter arguing and I mean blatantly, over whose responsibility it was to do the drinks. They had 3 orders ready, including a large one out first that needed FIVE drinks and yet they stood there and argued while we all waited and waited to get our drinks. It was ridiculous IMO. I felt most for the first large party whose food was ready and getting cold first. Once they started dispensing the drinks it went fairly quickly.

Cantina in Mexico - Very good taco salad but I like black beans so if you don't ask for them to drop them off your order like my friend did. And what can I say about the margaritas but "Si.".

Crepes de France (kiosk) - Friend had chocolate crepes and cafe au lait. Loved both.

Pecos Bills - Always a winner when you're hungry. Burgers really are good here and again a great fixings bar.

Germany - kiosk outside of Biergarten - Like my son never meeting a McNugget he didn't like, I've never met a big hot pretzel and a Lowenbrau I didn't like. DH either. It's an Epcot tradition for us.

Liberty Inn (Epcot)- Got in out of the rain here. Looked like a long line but they moved quickly. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, and fries are fine. Friend's dd liked her turkey sandwich but was surprised it came on a bagel .She didn't read the menu closely but ate it anyway. Large portion here too.

Any questions feel free to ask.
