CS Restaurant Advice

It will be our first trip to WDW - DH, myself, my son (11) and my daughter (8). We are on the QSDP. So tell me, in your own opinion, which cs restaurant in each park is a can't miss. Please - we don't want to eat nothing but pizza and burgers all week

Oh, and include DTD too, please. We are really clueless and I have guides but want real people opinions too

Sunshine season in Epcot is wonderful lots of choices. And there are great CS's all around the World Showcase. Flametree BBQ in AK is a good choice. WolfGang Puck Express at DTD, you can also check out the meuns at www.allearsnet.com and go to some of the resorts.

DTD - WPE, yes they have pizza but they are not the gross WDW CS pizza. Great sandwiches, pasta and soups and salads

MK - Love Peco Bills for taco salad and CHH for fried shrimp, chili, chicken BLT salad

Epcot - Lotus Blossom for shrimp fried rice, Tangierine Cafe for falafel

AK - Flame Tree for BBQ!

HS - nothing

I agree with the above recommendations for MK, E, AK & DTD.

I also wanted to speak up on behalf of the CS locations at DHS. We don't find them to be as bad as what everyone else does. There is a food court-type location that has a couple different walk-up windows. We like Catalina Eddie's - hot Italian sandwiches with Caesar salad topping & pizza. Next door is Rosie's, which serves chicken strips & burgers. I know you said you don't want to eat burgers & pizza all week but these places have pretty good food. Starring Rolls has a very limited selection of sandwiches. Fairfax Fare is a new (to us) place in DHS. The menu looks promising (chicken, ribs, pulled pork, chili dogs) but we haven't tried it yet.
