CS resort dinner idea close to FW?

We will be staying at FW and after a water park day we are thinking of checking out one of the nearby resorts for a CS dinner. Anybody have any recommendations?

We are staying in FW in October. It seems like the Contemporary Food and Fun Center and Roaring Forks in Wilderness Lodge are the best bets.
