CS recommendations in HS

DHS looks to be lacking in decent counter service restaurants. Looking for reviews on the DHS CS choices.

*sigh* there aren't many IMHO. Starring Rolls is among the best, but even it has lost some of its better menu items when WDW food got "dumbed down."

Personally I like going to the ABC Commissary and never found anything wrong with the food available on their menu.

eat at Backlot Express. Nothing out of the ordinary but the food has been okay. I used to like Studio Catering, but they changed the menu and the items I liked are gone.

I started a thread on Starring Rolls a few days ago. I loved this place and think that it is the best CS we have had in any park. We ate the turkey sandwich, sushi - California Roll and a huge Butterfinger cupcake for desert. All three things were fantastic.

We've tried two CS's at the DHS. Rosie's was just okay, but took FOREVER to get our food. ABC Comm. was blech! I noticed they added a new one, Fairfax Fare, which has BBQ ribs, chicken, brisket, etc. Haven't heard how the food tasted, but it looks promising. One can only hope ...

Not great options. Backlot Express is the best. You can refill your drink for free here.

I'm confused cuz the menu for Starring Rolls doesn't even show Sushi. Another menu for Studio Catering says it is Mediterranean food and shows NO SUCH food on the menu. Are the menu's thru DIS correct?
