CS open during MNSSHP/EE??

What counter service resturants will be open during MNSSHP and EE nights at the MK? Are any carts open or do these all close down at 'regular' park closing?

In the past it has been Pecos Bill's & Cosmic Ray's for sure. Most if not all of the carts are shut down. I think Casey's is open too.
