CS on DxDDP... appetizers included?

I can't seem to find info. if you are allowed to choose an appetizer at a CS meal while on the deluxe plan.

From the brochure:

Each meal from a Quick Service location includes one (1) single serving:

FOR BREAKFAST: Juice, Entree, Non-alcholoic beverage OR Combo meal plus one (1) single-serving non-alcoholic beverage or juice

FOR LUNCH/DINNER: Entrée, Dessert, Non-alcoholic beverage OR Combo meal plus one (1) single-serving non-alcoholic beverage or juice and one (1) dessert
