CS Dining Questions

So we haven't done a dining plan in 4 years or so and I have a few questions.

At CS locations, is there any restrictions on entrees? Like at Tangerine Cafe can you get the lamb and chicken shawarma platter and the chicken and ribs at Flame Tree?

And at les Hallea in France, can you basically get any dessert in the case as your dessert?

Just trying to map out everything and have as much info as possible

The only exception we found was at Cookes of Dublin at Downtown Disney. In that case the dessert was a cookie, fruit cup, or ice cream and did not include the yummy desserts that are listed on their menu. I was not happy about that!
