CS Desserts ??

I'm in the process of planning our first trip and I've seen a lot of discussion about CS desserts. Can someone provide some examples of what you can get for dessert and is is any good? Trying to decide if we should use the DP

At the Food Courts you can choose desserts from the bakery or chilled cases(chocolate cake, carrot cake, cheese cake). I know at Boardwalk Bakery you could choose any of the desserts they had prepared and they were pretty amazing. A few of the CS places in the parks have this really good chocolate cake with chocolate icing. I forget where, but we got big chocolate chip cookies. The desserts were generally pretty good!

At Pizzafari in AK, you can get a frozen lemonade as a dessert. That is one of my family's favorite CS desserts. The Brownies at Casey's Corner are also YUMMY!

CS desserts are usually small cakes or pies (mostly chocolate or carrot or cheesecake or key lime pie) usually in small plastic containers. Some CS places have the frozen lemonade also. They are OK although not anything spectacular. While it is a contributing factor I would not make a decision on whether or not to do the dining plan based on CS desserts.

THe cakes/pies at the CS are pretty nasty, one we got at Cosmic Rays was still frozen inside! W usually get desserts at the Patisserie in France, but they can be snippy about whether or not it counts as a snack or not on DDP.
