CS credits

Am I correct in my understanding of CS credits? CS credits are not separated into kids/adults, however you can't use more adult credits at a time than adults on the plan. But I could, for example, get 2 adult CS breakfast plates each morning (to share) using either the "adult" credits or the "kids" credits?

Disney's rule is that if you paid a child's price for the CS credit, you should use it to purchase a meal from the child's menu, unless the resturant has no child's menu. You're on your honor to do this.

As this is Disney's written rule, the DIS Restaurant Board doesn't allow discussion of getting around it.
