After reading the thread about losing so many CS credits I have been thinking about how to make sure that doesn't happen. We have 2 character breakfasts planned and I was planning on granola bars in the room. But I know my kids and although a granola bar will be fine for me and DH my kiddos will want something more. I would love to use some CS crdits for breakfast in the parks. We are staying at FW and they do not have any CS places. Where would you suggest a CS breakfast in the parks that will be fast to get and eat (even eating the rest as we walk is an added bonus).

We have had breakfast at the ABC Commissary in MGM and it was okay. Another good place to get a pretty good breakfast is in the Land at EPCOT. It was a good way for us to start the day while waiting for our fast passes for Soarin. I have never had any luck for CS breakfast at MK and we used to hit Tusker House in AK, but that is no more since they are changing it to full service. Maybe the Resturantsauros will offer something once the other opens.

I may be wrong, but I think I remember reading somewhere that the Main St. Bakery has some breakfast options.......

Roaring Forks at the Wilderness Lodge would be an option for a hot breakfast.

Main Street Bakery is definitely an option and yes you could walk and eat (breakfast sandwich, bakery item, bottled drink, yogurt, fruit, etc.)

Meadow Snack Bar is listed as a CS option at FW. I would stop in and find out what you can get for a CS credit there. At CBR's grab and go we were able to get 2 bottled drinks and I think either a bakery item or fruit. The kids CS credits can be used for the PB&J, bottled beverage and dessert(fruit, bakery, item or yogurt). Your kids might be all over a PB&J and milk for breakfast or those sandwiches actually travel well or would keep in your fridge for a snack. In fact you could get these items the night before and enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day.

We usually use our CS for lunch and sometimes supper depending on the ADR's we've made. We will eat a light breakfast like cereal that I previously purchase before the trip and take with us.
