CS at Hollywood Studios

Can you guys suggest some good places for lunch at Hollywood Studios?

From worst to best....

We hated Pizza Planet, for me it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life and for my DH it was the second worst. So bad our kids wouldn't eat it.

We didn't care for ABC Commissary, but would go back there again if we had to.

We really enjoyed Backlot Express.

Even though a lot of people here don't seem to like it, I think the ABC Commissary is a great location to eat at.

We had pretty good food at the Backlot Express. The pulled pork and Arroz con pollo were good- and large enough for two in our family to share each plate.

The only place that we like is the stand that sells hot dogs by TOT

We loved pizza planet, we have eaten at ABC commissary it was not bad either.

we ate at backlot express, it was bad, I dont think there is a good place to eat Lunch at Hollywood studios. there was a beef sandwich hut by indiana jones that was very good, its not there anymore Its almost like disney is forcing you to eat at a Table service place there.

Like the posts before we like Pizza Planet and Backlot Express. We have eaten near Fantasmic but it is your basic hamburger and hotdogs and fries. We like the amount you get at Pizza planet with a pizza and salade and drink and dessert (if on the plan, if not just minus the dessert). Backlot Express the food is nice and the seating area is outside and nice on sunny day. Jsut don't eat the parfait, it is no sugar added and we threw ours all out last year .

We tried pizza planet for the first time last year and was actually pleasantly surprised - we liked it. We sat upstairs away from the arcade area.

We've also eaten at Backlot Express and it's ok. We don't like the commissary - we gave it many tries but never had a good experience.

We usually try to just snack at MGM (will always be that to me) and do CS somewhere else. Just not great choices for CS

Wow, sounds like slim pickins at Hollywood. We are on the DDP and I was just curious.
