The morning we are going to MK... there are EMH 8-9 and we can get a breakfast reservation at CP for 8 :15.. what time would they let us into the park?

then we would miss the opening ceremony right??

the other option is to see the ceremony.. enjoy EMH and do breakfast at 10:15 AM...

any opinions????

We are a family of 5 DH ME DD22, DS 17 , DD9

The opening ceremony should be just before 8 so you will make your 8:15 ADR with no problem.

honestly if it were me, i'd do the later ressie and enjoy EMH. the first hour or so is easy touring, but after that crowds seem to build at an exponential rate. we can finish fantasyland, adventureland, and frontierland in about an hour or two with EMH, so by the time you get a lot of touring in you can stop, eat, relax, and maybe hit a few more rides or have FP to use

Thanks everyone...DIsneygal I was wondering about that... we never made EMH in the past.. LOL (we usually sleep in) but i thought it would be fun to see the opening ceremony once!!

i've done it a couple times in the morning (normally I avoid it, but i had to try) and it was really nice touring. since only some of the rides are open during the EMH you can finish them early and head over to the non EMH rides at 9am when they open. and the opening ceremony is really cute, i say try and see it if you can :)

If the park has early EMH...either take advantage or the EMH or AVOID that park b/c it will start to get crowded.

I would make a later reservation for breakfast. Eat a snack in your room. Go to EMH, enjoy them, grab fast passes right before going to CP, then have "brunch". Bonus is that your won't be hungry for lunch probably, and your fast passes will be ready to use.
