When I made our reservation for the Crystal Palace for a character breakfast, the CM that I spoke with said that our reservation was for 9:05am - 9:25am. Does that mean that we can show up anytime between 9:05 and 9:25 and be seated under our reservation #? Does that time bracket indicate the duration of time the characters will be there or do they expect us to eat, meet & greet all in a 25 minute time slot?

I think you should call WDW-Dinning back. They never give ADR from one time to another time, they are always set for one specific time. My guess is either the Cast Member on the phone made a mistake from the way you described the 9:05 AM - 9:25 AM times.

Show up at 9:05 am. You will be seated and can take as much time as you like for breakfast. The characters will go from table to table throughout your meal. They are not 'scheduled' to be there only from 9:05 to 9:25.

I have not heard them give a window of time before when I have made ADRs (I made several last week)- maybe something new with the crowded restaurants - they don't want people showing up too late or too early.

You are not limited to a time when you eat at CP (maybe if you were sitting there all morning....). The characters come around several times during the course of the morning. They make a full circle of each side of the restaurant. They also have a little parade around the restaurant. Last time DD and I had breakfast there we probably were there for 45 min, but there were families that were seated when we got there and were still there when we left! Most times by the time we have seen all the characters we are ready to go...

Woo Hoo! I'm hoping to! I've been practicing with it since I got it and I'm planning to take it to the beach this Saturday and see what I can do! I'm going to do a trip report (my first ever!) when I get back and I will post pics that I took with the new camera!
