Please tell me the good and bad about crystal palace? I haven’t been to a Disney buffet. I’m thinking of going there around 7:30 pm before the fireworks, need opinions please. Also, do they have prime rib
every night?
Is this an all you can eat buffet?

Yes, they have prime rib every night. We thought it was a pretty good buffet. The prime rib with au jus was good as was the Walt’s fried chicken, mashed potatoes, short ribs and green beans with onions and bacon. The seasonal ravioli were not good. We also didn’t like the pork tenderloin (however the mustard sauce on it was tasty) And the chili and tater tots were only okay. The make-your-own-salad bar was tasty. There were rolls and bread with honey butter as well. The desserts were pretty good too. The apple cobbler and butterscotch pudding were the best.

p.s. yes, it is all you care to eat.

Is the price 39.00 per adult?

We really enjoyed it on our last trip and will return. Short ribs, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, salad bar, ravioli, shrimp cocktail were all good. The grilled mushrooms came from a can and the fish was so dry, you couldn't really even eat it.

I was so excited for the tater tot bar, but it seemed like the tots had been made days before and were just reheated.

Apple crumble was good. The butterscotch pudding was amazing, i probably had like 5 little cups. The caramel popcorn on top was really cute but got really soggy.

Just went yesterday for 11:30 lunch at opening. We avoided being around all the germs but the some of the food was cold . My kids enjoyed it . My husband loved all the meat . I’m a pescatarian so the cold fish didn’t do it for me . The other non meat items were underwhelming. The pea risotto was sort of bland . The ravioli was meh . The mashed potatoes and kids mac and cheese was hot and fresh though ! 🤣 The desserts weren’t as good as they used to be . I agree the butterscotch pudding and apple cobbler were the best . If you like meat then you will probably like it . The prime rib, chicken , brisket and mashed potatoes are the stars I guess . I didn’t think it was worth almost $200 for 4 people . The service was excellent as always though 😃

It’s been a few years since I ate there, but I have very fond memories of the salads and desserts.

I wish they’d bring back breakfast…

Crystal Palace will always have a place in my heart. It was our only table service meal when we took our first child to WDW. We were young and tight on cash and got by on mostly and too much Pizza Planet that trip. But we had one splurge at Crystal Palace on a bright sunny evening looking out on the Castle. Cherished moments :earsboy:

All you can eat. Beautiful setting. Quality is buffet typical. Go hungry. :)
