Thought some would like to know, we checked in at 6:20 for our 6:30 reservation... (and we were seated at 6:30) while we were there I counted 5 familes asking for walk up ressies, they were told it would be a 45 - 60 min wait - and were given a pager... before our ressie came, a pager went off next to us, and the dad commented "45 min on the dot!"
It was a madhouse for the MNSSHP party - but from 11 - 3 the MK was virtually empty - since we got up at 3am to get to the airport we didnt stay for MNSSHP - but there was no rain!! Just crowds!
Haunted Mansion refurb is delightful -
We ordered a special cake - I wanted choc butter cream,choc cake with choc shavings (like pictured on the cake thread) Out came a light colored chocolate whipped cream frosting -
I still find the Grand Floridian cakes to far outshine those in the MK restaurants - jmho!
