How long should we plan on being at the Crystal Palace for breakfast?

We love CP breakfast - it is always a must do for our family. We love the characters, food and service. We like to pay for breakfast when we arrive. When we sit down, we ask to pay for our meal so when we are finished we can leave whenever we want and not have to worry about getting our server or waiting for bill to be processed. If you are looking to save time, this can help.
Anywhere between 60-90 minutes, assuming that you want to see all of the characters.

1) Eating Time = about 90 minutes
2) Waiting Time to be seated = a few minutes up to 45 minutes.

We had an 8:10 reservation when we went in August and we were done by about 9:15-9:20. We saw all the characters and ate all we wanted. I bet the later the reservation the longer it takes to get seated, eat, and see the characters.

About an hour once you're seated. Wait times for seating (with a reservation) can vary based on how crowded the park is that day. Breakfast before park opening usually gives you quick seating as there are no standby crowds. When in a hurry, I ask the server for the bill right after being seated, since it's a buffet. That way we can leave right after eating & meeting that last character.

We had an early breakfast at CP last summer, it took about an hour. We were allowed to enter MK before it was open, which was fun! We walked down an empty main street with the Disney staff waiving and saying good morning. No wait at CP since we were the first people there for the day. We finished just as MK was opening and the crowd was coming down main street.

We are doing this again this spring!

Once seated I would plan on at least an hour to an hour and a half mainly to see all the characters. They seem to take quite some time to make the rounds here.
