I understand, but OP asked if the prime rib is worth the visit. Definitely not IMHO. Is it bad? No, just not worth the visit (unless you want to eat decent food at large quantities)I get that people don't like buffets (i'm not a fan either) but i have had the CP prime rib and it was very good...maybe not A+ but for sure A-....
It is not a bad PR for $55 with all of the sides and desserts, etc..waiter told us that there are locals that go there every week and it is the best deal in Central Florida. For the price it is worth it but if you are looking for the best on property, I still say the Bull and the Bear is the best at Waldorf but if you are looking for some corn dog nuggets with your Prime Rib and unlimited sarsaparillas, you gotta go to Crystal Palace.I get that people don't like buffets (i'm not a fan either) but i have had the CP prime rib and it was very good...maybe not A+ but for sure A-....
I don't agree with that. I think Boma is quite good, for example. I like that it lets you try a lot of things that you normally might not.Nothing buffet style would be worth a visit if you are looking for quality. You get quantity, not quality.
And you can eat until you explode so that might bump it to an A.I get that people don't like buffets (i'm not a fan either) but i have had the CP prime rib and it was very good...maybe not A+ but for sure A-....
But they only have it during dinner, I think. And ADRs are harder to get (I currently cannot get one for my daughter's birthday, for example.)If you just want prime rib for a decent price, I'd recommend Steakhouse 71 over Crystal Palace.
I've heard you can request the steaks at lunch, but I'm not sure about the prime rib specifically. That's also interesting that it's tougher to get than Crystal Palace. But they only have it during dinner, I think. I feel like most restaurants with an all you can eat prime rib would be a good deal at $55, and for Disney prices that's great. It is not a bad PR for $55 with all of the sides and desserts, etc..waiter told us that there are locals that go there every week and it is the best deal in Central Florida. Crystal Palace probably turns tables around much faster.I've heard you can request the steaks at lunch, but I'm not sure about the prime rib specifically. That's also interesting that it's tougher to get than Crystal Palace.
Makes sense, buffets do get people in and out.Crystal Palace probably turns tables around much faster.
