Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's?

I just can't decide on my ADRs. My trip is not scheduled until late September and I've already changed my ressies twice! Dh, dd6 and I will be arriving on Saturday. We'll be driving from NC so I figure after we check in and eat lunch, dh will nap and dd and I will go to the pool. I have a res at the Bibbity-Bobbity-Boutique late afternoon and then we're going to 1900 Park Fare for dinner. Sunday morning will be our first day at the park. Should we have breakfast at Crystal Palace early that morning or should we go to Chef Mickey's?

I would vote for Crystal Palace as that way you are in the park, good to go.

I think the Crystal Palace is beautiful I would vote for there. I just think the buildinmg is so pretty. And who can not like Pooh Eyeore and Tigger.

I vote for 8am at CP!!! We love CP and it's great doing it before the park opens! (We have gone to CM for breakfast too and preferred CP)

Since you are going to MK, do Crystal Palace. It will be easier, and you'll have plenty of chances to see classic Disney characters. This will be really your only chance to see Pooh characters easily.

I'd do whichever character set you like best be it Pooh Tigger, Etc or Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc.

CP is better IMO. It's calmer than CM's it seems. Also, I felt rushed to eat and leave at CM's but never felt that way at CP.
I do like both places, but if I had to choose between one, it would be CP.

Thanks all! I was leaning towards Crystal Palace since we're doing other character meals and we'd see Mickey and crew at other places. I will call in the morning and book an 8am ressie (well, try to).

My vote as of today would be CP; however, I will be trying CM for the first time in October. Have a great trip.

I would concur and go with CP. Another reason is that you will have a great opportunity to take some pics of the castle and park with hardly anyone in it. Have a great time!

I love Chef Mickey, but Crystal Palace is awesome!! It's beautiful and it's great to get into Magic Kingdom with no one else there!

I made an ADR for CM during the free dining, but I'm also going back to CP. Despite it being a buffet, the food at CP was outstanding, as was the service and the atmosphere.
