Or both?? LOL We have done Chef Mickeys for dinner on our last trip...celebreating my youngest son's 4th birthday there. Then years ago we did a breakfast there when my daughter was about 2 or so. Anyone done the Crystal Palace?

TIA

Denise

We love the Crystal Plaza for breakfast. We book the earliest reservation on a non EE day. The food is good and so is the character interaction. I would say book CP for breakfast and CM for dinner.

what is the earliest?? Does that get you in the park any earlier...like it does for Cindy's? I would like to do that and then finish breakfast and be ready to ride stuff right afterwards.

I'm assuming you are talking about Crystal Palace? You can get into the park early just like Cindy's. I would think earliest ps would be 8:05.

I would say CP!!! And how nice to be able to walk into the MK when there is hardly anyone around. Great picture opportunities!!!!!
Of course if you are looking for Mickey and the gang then Chef Mickey's is the place. I just really enjoyed CP much better!!

crystal palace is fantastic for afternoon tea value for money my neice and sister enjoyed it doing it again this year

We prefer CP over Chef Mickeys for breakfast, plus you can be in the Magic Kingdom before it opens.

I think you should do CP as early as possible on a non-EMH day so you can be in the park before everyone else! ...Just like we're doing! :teeth:

I'm hungry right now so I vote for both. LOL. I've done dinner at Chef Mickey's but not breakfast. I have had breakfast at Crystal Palace more than once and really enjoyed it.

Crystal Palace is our favorite breakfast at WDW. The food is delicious & the characters here are great. I also recommend getting an early PS on an non-EMH day - we got one for 8:05 am next week. It's a great time to get a few pics in front of the castle before the crowds arrive. :D

We also enjoy Chef Mickey's for breakfast, more so than dinner. It seems more relaxed at this time. We usually get an early seating here before the MK opens & then walk over before the park opens - you can get a seating as early as 7 am. If it's not too early for you - it's a great time to get there, you have the characters all to yourselves before it gets crowded & the food is fresh & hot.

Maybe do both if the kids enjoy the different characters at each :D

Do Crystal Palace, then you are already in the park early in the morning.

The CP breakfast is great. We loved getting into the park early and being right there when the rides opened.

We do have a CP and a Chef Mickey PS for our March trip. I only made the Chef Mickey PS because we are staying at the Contemporary, and I felt obligated. Plus most people said the breakfast was better than the dinner, and it was cheaper.

We did Chef Mickey's for breakfast in Dec and Crystal Palace for lunch in April. I love Mickey waffles so I would have to say that I was a bigger fan of breakfast but that may be because my sister is very leary of going back to Crystal Palace after a bad reaction last time due to her food allergies to pineapple. Maybe I can talk her into trying CP for breakfast though because I like the Hundred Acre Woods characters.

I'd suggest Chef Mickey's for breakfast and on another day, the Crystal Palace for lunch. The CP for lunch is one our favorites because it is a great time to unwind a bit in the park after a hectic morning catching all of the rides and the food it always good. It refreshes you, cools you off, fills you up and you're ready to hit MK some more. If you do both, then the kids get to see Mickey AND Pooh! If you can only do one, I'd still pick CP for lunch. You don't have to rush as much in the morning, you don't have worry about being done before everyone enters the park and gets to dumbo before you, and like I said before it just makes a wonderful break in your day. :flower1:

I made CP PS for 8:10 on Thursday the 26th our NEW FIRST DAY..we are coming in a day early. WOO HOOO. This is an excellent day to go to MK and since we are in the park already...EVEN BETTER when the clock strikes 9:00

I also made CM PS for Sunday the 30th at 10:10.......
